Omar joined the company in September of 2009 to launch the re-birth of Iowa Loan Closings. He brings a wealth of experience and success to the company. His unequalled "process management" acumen has elevated ILC into a viable force in the marketplace.

Bill Hufford, Vice President & General Manager

Iowa Loan Closing Services, Inc. was founded by Bill in 1999. The company was eventually sold in 2007. Bill's passion for closings prompted him to buy back the company. In September 2009, Iowa Loan Closing Services, LLC was purchased and renamed Iowa Loan Closings. He has not taken his position lightly and his straight-forward attitude radiates throughout the company.

ILC was re-launched to provide state and regional loan closing services. ILC has closed over 31,000 loans to date. Bill has participated in over 4,500 loans closings.
